It was founded in 1979 by the Topal brothers. The company, which had one machine when it was founded, continued to grow with various investments over the years.

Top-Kar Bilgisayar Form Üretimi Matbaacılık Ltd. Co. was established in Samsun in 1994. There became changes in the company structure in 1997, and it turned into a limited company. Growth continued with the partnerships established in Istanbul in the 2000s.

The company got involved in the packaging industry by obtaining a food contact certificate in 2002. The activity in the packaging sector was strengthened with the investment of the first 5 color label machine in the region in 2008.

Today it is managed by the 2nd generation. It continues to get stronger and grow with new investments.
